These value-added processes fall into the following groups:
Metal forming – Our in-house custom metal forming services team can expertly form your product without adding or subtracting any material. These services significantly expand the scope of our custom metal fabrication capabilities.
Laser welding – Our in-house welding services can strengthen and seal your parts and therefore can enhance the effectiveness of their shielding. Available options include tack welding, seam welding, and structural soldering.
Heat treating – These services can enhance a product’s mechanical properties. Available heat treating services include annealing, aging, quenching, and tempering.
Plating – can provide a number of benefits, such as protection against corrosion or friction. We maintain business relationships with companies that are skilled in the electroplating of metals as well as similar processes involving metal coatings. Gold, silver, and copper plating are available, among other types of plating metals.
